Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events at Punchestown Racecourse, and to all visitors entering the venue.

Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated.
• Tickets must be presented at entry and may be checked at any point during your visit.
• Re-sale of tickets above face value is prohibited.
• Children under 14 are admitted free with an accompanying paying adult.

Entry & Conduct

• Punchestown reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving in a manner that is abusive, threatening or otherwise unacceptable.
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
• The use of drones, professional cameras and amplified equipment is prohibited without prior written consent.

Liability

Punchestown accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Visitors enter at their own risk.

Changes to fixtures

Race meetings may be cancelled or postponed for reasons including weather, going conditions or other safety considerations. In the event of an abandoned meeting, refund or rescheduling policies will be applied as posted at the time.
