Punchestown Racecourse is committed to making race days enjoyable for every visitor. The course is wheelchair-friendly and we provide dedicated facilities for guests with limited mobility, sensory sensitivities and other accessibility needs.

Companion / carer admission

Following customer feedback, we issue complimentary admission to one carer per registered guest with accessibility needs. Email or call us in advance to arrange.

Parking & access

• Limited mobility car parking close to the main entrance for vehicles with the appropriate badge.
• Step-free access to all public areas of the racecourse.
• Lifts available in all multi-storey buildings (restaurants, hospitality suites).

Facilities

• Wheelchair-accessible toilets in every public building.
• Wheelchair viewing platforms at the parade ring and on the main grandstand.
• Public cafes, restaurants and bars on ground level.
• Quiet space available on request.

Assistance dogs

Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue.
